We have an opportunity to work on an incredible hospitality project based in Saudi. A major luxury hotel project, with multiple buildings which are interlinked by bridges at floors 12-20.
 
The work is secured, and the UK based design team has been built. We now require a Senior Design Manager to be based in Saudi to help deliver the project.
 
You will be working directly with the client to deliver this, so you will need.
·A strong character, with experience to deliver and present to all levels.
·Middle Eastern, major project experience.
·More than 10 years hospitality project design experience, with a focus on Hotel Brand Standards.
·An understanding and appreciation of the culture in Saudi.
 
In return,
·You will be paid up to SAR 70,000 per month (inclusive), by a leading consultancy who have secured the project and are already in motion.
·Have a long contract duration - The initial phase will run for 2 years, with 3 more years expected off the back of it.
