My client is very busy and is looking for an established Senior Civil/Structural Design Engineer to join their growing Design team and hit the ground running.
 
My client's office is based in London and will be working from home full-time until restrictions lift. Once restrictions lift, my client is open to flexible home and office working.
My client is keen to take someone on immediately.
 
Salary ranges from £40,000-£48,000 dependent on experience.
 
Key projects will be Rail lineside structures, including but not limited to:
- Signal gantries, signal posts.
- Steel footbridges.
- Concrete foundations.
- Piling foundations.
 
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in the Rail sector.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Eurocodes, Network Rail, Railway Group and British Standards.
- Proficient in Tekla Tedds and Tekla Structural Designer (2D/3D frame) design suites.
- Working experience in Geosolve/WALLAP design suite for earth retaining structures.
- Min. grade of 2.1 MEng degree or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) with ICE or working towards CEng qualification.
