Contract - 6 months - Up to £60p/hour (Inside IR35) - Warrington/Whitehaven (2 days working from home)
 
Our client, a widely known and respected global consultancy are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their existing project team focussing on projects at Sellafield.
 
The role will involve offering technical engineering advice and expertise in relation to:
 
·Upgrading the electrical infrastructure
·Installing new substations and switchgear houses
·Upgrading and installing new electrical cables underground
 
The successful candidate will join their existing project team and will collaborating with wider teams on the project, including permanent staff of the client.
 
Our client are looking for someone who can provide technical team leadership, with a hands on approach, and someone who is able to deliver the technical solutions rather and drive these throughout the team.
 
The ideal candidate will hold a Civil Engineering  Degree and ideally be experienced in Nuclear projects. Other regulated sectors such as Onshore Oil & Gas, Power Generation and Rail will be considered.
 
The rolw will also require the successful candidate to achieve BPSS clearance.
