Senior Civil Engineer
An excellent opportunity is available for a skilled and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at our Norbiton office. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in civil engineering to contribute to the design and delivery of infrastructure projects across the Residential, Commercial, and Retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
·Undertake technical and feasibility studies to support project planning and design
·Produce detailed civil engineering designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software
·Deliver drainage designs and manage the preparation of Section 38, 104, 106, and 278 legal agreements
·Prepare technical reports and ensure timely and high-quality project documentation
·Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
·Support project management, including fee proposals, forecasting, and scheduling
Candidate Requirements:
·Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering
·Proficient in design and visualisation software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
·Demonstrated experience in drainage design and statutory approvals
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·Ability to work independently on projects, while reporting to an Associate Civil Engineer

·Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
·Willingness to contribute to project development and business growth
