The client are paying an extremely competitive salary, offering up to £65,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of client briefs and manage all aspects of architectural design, from feasibility to contract administration
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, providing mentorship to junior staff and deputising for the Principal Designer as needed
- Deliver high-quality designs, feasibility reports, and planning/building control applications
- Ensure BIM integration across projects, including design coordination and clash detection
- Prepare working drawings, specifications, and materials selection based on site and environmental criteria
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional customer service

What They're Looking For:
- A degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in architectural design with strong drawing and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the full project life-cycle including planning, regulations, and environmental constraints
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines independently
- Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office; BIM awareness
