What you'll be doing
As a Senior Architect, you'll take the lead on complex conservation and retrofit projects at all RIBA stages. You'll manage a small team, coordinate with sub-consultants, and ensure each project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and design.
Your key responsibilities as a Senior Architect will include:

·Applying conservation principles to historic and listed buildings.
·Managing and mentoring a small team to deliver high-quality, detailed work.
·Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and clear communication.
·Overseeing BIM processes using Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS.
What you'll bring
To succeed as a Senior Architect, you'll need:
·ARB/RIBA Part 3 qualification with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in the UK.
·Proven background in conservation or retrofit architecture.
·Strong leadership and project management experience.
·Technical expertise in design, detailing, and compliance.
·Experience with Revit
·Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (must have lived in the UK continuously for the last 3 years).
What's in it for you
As a valued Senior Architect, you'll enjoy:
·Salary up to £55,000, depending on experience.
·Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
·Generous annual leave increasing with service.
·Great Benefits
·Season ticket loans, cycle-to-work scheme, and volunteering days.
·Career progression is a culture!
