Job Title: Senior Architect (Commercial Workplace Projects)
Location: London
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
 
A leading AJ100 firm best known for their sustainable focus to design within the commercial fit-out sector are seeking multiple Senior Architects with strong technical skills and extensive experience working across RIBA Stages 3-5 to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality commercial workplace projects and possess a strong understanding of tender package information and technical detailing.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead the design and delivery of London-based commercial workplace projects from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 5.
·Develop and coordinate comprehensive tender and construction packages with a high degree of technical detail.
·Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
·Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and technical oversight.
·Ensure that all designs meet regulatory and best practice standards while maintaining a creative and practical approach.
·Attend site meetings, manage the construction phase, and resolve any technical issues during project delivery.


Requirements:
·ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience, ideally within the commercial workplace sector.
·Proficiency in delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3-5, with a deep understanding of technical design and construction processes.
·Demonstrable experience in producing and coordinating tender package information, with excellent attention to detail.
·Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction methodologies.
·Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
·Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·Experience managing teams and liaising with clients and contractors effectively.
