Contract Rate: £345 Per Day Inside IR35 (Paid Umbrella)
Contract Length: 12 Months
Location: Birmingham - (Hybrid Working)
 
Role Details:
Within this role you will work client-side managing both the design and construction phases of multiple projects, overseeing the project delivery and the construction activity on-site. Majority of these major schemes will involve heavy civils.
 
You will be responsible for looking after surveys that need to be examined for line side buildings and be responsible for the process of getting the projects examined in a timely manner to deliver the work for Network Rail. Ensuring the programme is up to date and programme standards are met.
 
Essential:
·Prior experience working as a Scheme Project Manager on Network Rail infrastructure projects.
·Prior background working on major civil schemes, and a background in Civils.
·Experience in the Rail Industry Sector (including application of GRIP, and Construction Design Management (CDM) on simple projects).
 
Preferred:
·Achieved PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent.
·Experience in the Rail Industry Sector (including application of GRIP, and Construction Design Management (CDM) on simple projects).
