Are you a delivery Architect with a passion for BIM? Or are you a technologist looking to get full exposure to delivery? I am recruiting for a multi award winning practice in central London, best known for their high profile residential and resorts and hotels projects both in London and internationally.
 
Presently seeking a Revit Technologist or Architect due to a strong pipeline of work. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working across RIBA stages 3-5.  
 
Responsibilities:
·Produce detailed technical information for tender packages and construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
·Develop and refine Revit models
·Engage and collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. This includes regular site visits, meetings, and communication to address any technical or design issues.
·Utilise advanced Revit skills to produce high-quality architectural & interior drawing packs.
 
Software Knowledge:
1.Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autocad, BIM Collab, BIM 360, Enscape
 
Hybrid working 2 days a week is optional!
