Interim Senior Estates Surveyor / Asset Manager  
Remote working - Uk wide portfolio

£450 per day

Private sector consultant seeking experienced Asset Manager / Estates surveyor to assist them in the delivery of landlord and tenant services on behalf of their healthcare sector client. 
 
The client portfolio consists of doctor's surgeries, dentists' offices and private hospitals for which they are ether the tenant or the landlord.   
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  
·Rent reviews 
·Lease renewals 
·Dilapidations  
·Service contract reviews  
·Valuations / managing external valuations 
·Liaising with both internal and external parties  
·Taking a commercial approach securing value for money, optimising income and identifying and delivering creative and sustainable solutions (where relevant) 
 
To be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate the following:  
·Experience in Estates / General Practice Surveying  
· Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) 
·Demonstratable knowledge of corporate landlord and tenant work and general property law 
·Previous evidence of corporate asset management of a medical/healthcare portfolio 
·A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Estate Management or related/ similar

 This role will be remote working with site visits when required, the rate can be discussed based on experience, but we are able to offer an immediate start.
