My client in Warwickshire is looking for a Lead to join the Regeneration and Enterprise Directorate to assist them on the current regeneration programme. They are looking for someone to advise and assist the organisation at a strategic level. You MUST have experience operating, and briefing, at a senior leadership level. You MUST have experience with large regeneration projects and programmes. Rigour and discipline are the effects they are looking for on the agreed processes and to build on the work of the Programme Portfolio Lead.
You would need to manage the process of developing the strategy, programme and related governance to ensure the programme maximises the opportunities and benefits the investment brings to the council. They aren't decision makers, their remit is the process itself.
They are seeking a contractor on a full time basis, they offer hybrid working, but office presence can be expected as tasks require.
To be suitable for this role, it is imperative you have experience working and liaising with senior management AND have experience with large regeneration projects. A degree in a related field is wanted and being a chartered member of a planning body would be ideal.
Carrington West Pay Rate - £700 - £800p/day
