Location: Chesterfield - 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
 
Role Details:
My client is a leading subcontractor specialising in M&E works across the railway, looking for a Commercial Manager to support a growing work bank.
 
In this role you will be responsible for subcontractor management, production commercial management, CVR, and utilising both JCT / NEC contracts.
 
Essential:
·Commercial Manager with experience working for a railway subcontractor / smaller business.
·Chartered Membership to a relevant professional body.
·Experience in NEC contracts.
