Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
 
Location: Manchester - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

Role Details:
My client is a leading railway contractor looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Signalling Department.
 
For this role you will take a senior position in the commercial team, handling a large portfolio of contracts, handling budget preparation, corporate reporting, and quantity surveying of projects valued between £13-15 million. Working on the S&T North-Western Central Framework, you will get the opportunity to assist a growing telecoms department with transmission and telecoms contracts.
 
Essential:
·Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience on Network Rail projects.
·Experience in target cost contracts.
 
Preferred:
·Railway Signalling or Telecoms experience.
