Rail Project Director needed for a temp to perm position in Milton Keynes

Working for a leading rail consortium who are delivering a £600mill rail project on the East West Rail link.

Rate: £700 - £960 per day (inside IR35) - this role is likely to go permanent later and will offer a salary of roughly £120,000-£130,000 per annum

The role will consist of working in a client organisation - managing Network Rail and the Construction Alliance. Making sure that value is added on behalf of the Department For Transport in managing Network rails efforts to deliver this section of work.
Unique opportunity to support the development of a nationally significant infrastructure project currently in its initial stages through overseeing and assuring the work delivered by Network Rail to time, cost and quality requirements. The role also represents an opportunity to contribute to the end state operations and maintenance strategy for EWR.
The project is just currently procuring design and environmental support so my client is open to people with either rail consultancy or rail construction director experience as long as it has been on £100mill+ schemes.
You will be working through preliminary design and then through to statutory planning permission, so excellent pre-construction experience is a must.
My client is looking for a chartered engineer due to the heavy emphasis this project has on engineering elements.
