This is an amazing opportunity to work as a Quantity Surveyor, working on a Network Rail Enhancements Framework, with great opportunities for progression.
 
Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
·Effectively managing a commercial team.
·Assisting with tenders.
·Providing valuations, cost forecasts and cash flows.
·Financial controls of variations to the contract.
·Liaising with clients, the Contracts Manager and Project manager.
·Attending site progress meetings.
 
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE
Location: West Yorkshire + hybrid working

Requirements:
·Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
·Experience in a Quantity Surveying role on infrastructure projects (preferably rail)
·Knowledge of Network Rail standards preferred
