Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bradford
Salary: Up to £55,000 p/a depending on experience

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the water or utilities sector? My client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy attached to various water authority frameworks in the UK, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a hybrid basis to work on projects attached to the Severn Trent Water framework.
 
You will work a 40-hour week and you will be involved in projects from inception to completion. Your role with involve working with the rest of the commercial team on infrastructure projects using the NEC form of contract, estimating and cost planning, providing procurement advice and completing tender documentation.
 
The ideal candidate will be able to commute to client offices and sites in the locality of Derby, or to the Bradford or new Birmingham office 2-3 days per week, and you will work from home for the remainder of the week.
