Quantity Surveyor- (Hybrid)
 
£45,000-£55,000
Car Allowance
Up to 10% discretionary Bonus
 
The role-
·To provide civil engineering and highway services throughout London. Since then the company has steadily grown to become one of the most trusted and respected civil engineering contractors in London.
·Managing the preparations of financial and monthly valuations to deliver invoices in a timely fashion to the client.
·Review the financial performance of contracts.
·Oversee preparation of valuations for maximum return by reducing debt and costs.
·Management of payment of sub-contractors.
·updating monthly forecasts/budgets, conducting physical measurement of works and agreement of same with clients and subcontractors.
·Minimizing contractual risks by assessing accounts and payments in detail.
 
Ideal Candidate-
·Strong Knowledge of NEC contracts
·Tier 2 contractor experience (Desirable but not required)
·It would be beneficial if you are a Member of RICS, or ICES (desirable).
·Knowledge of Highways Maintenance and Street works.
