We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client focused on delivering cutting-edge FTTP and Telecoms projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level and work on challenging, high-profile projects.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·Prepare cost plans, budgets, and estimates for FTTP and Telecoms projects
·Prepare and maintain accurate records of project expenditure, including cost reports, valuations, and forecasts
·Negotiate and agree contracts, variations, and settlements with suppliers, contractors, and clients
·Manage and monitor project risks and opportunities, and provide commercial advice to project teams
 
Requirements:
 
·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
·Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in risk management, procurement, and contract management
·Familiarity with construction contracts and relevant legislation, such as JCT and NEC3/4
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
·Experience in Telecoms or any other Utilities
