About the role 
The role sits within the growing Property & Construction team and gives the opportunity to work on a range of projects including commercial, retail & residential developments, valuing up to and over £100m in value.
 
This role will suit a Cost Consultant or Quantity Surveyor who wants to broaden their experience and work in a team of talented cost professionals working on exciting projects. You will undertake all aspects of Cost Management throughout full project life cycle and interact with numerous stakeholders internally and externally.
 
What do you need to apply? 
·Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent
·Experience of working on commercial, retail and/or residential new builds
·Consultancy or main contractor background
·Client-side experience considered
