Job description

Do you have experience as an Quality Assurance Engineer in the rail industry?
 
Are you experienced with 019 railway standards and processes?
 
Rate: £420 per day umbrella (Inside IR35)
 
Location: Remote but will need to travel to depots twice a week in North West (the 2 route areas depots are Gretna down to Euston covering Manchester / Birmingham and from Milton Keynes up to Carlisle)
 
Contract length: 6 months
 
This is a great opportunity for any Quality Assurance Engineer looking for a new contract opportunity. Working majority from home, you will analyse problem areas for management, as well as coaching and tutoring others on the application of processes and quality requirements for the end product. You will also complete compliance reports, supporting accurate information for reports as well as undertaking audits where necessary. You will be required to either drive or commute via train (expenses covered).
 
Essential:
- Experienced in railway 019 standards and processes.
- Background in quality assurance and auditing.
- Experience operating within the rail industry.
- You will be required to either drive or commute via train (expenses covered).
