·This is an excellent opportunity to work client side for HS2, my client is looking for some one asap to join them as a property management surveyor.
· 
·This role will involve managing the clients suppliers and involve checking and approving requests for repairs, surveys, maintenance schedules etc.
· 
·The role will also involve interfacing with the construction team and ensuring things like possessions are managed and undertaking effectively.
 
Requirements:
·Property management surveying background and not building surveying
·Ideally mixed asset background - residential, commercial and agricultural
·Client side background preferred
·Chartered through RICS
 
 The closing date for this role is 8th of July and interviews will commence 15th and 16th of July.
