Are you a Property Manager with analytical and strategic property management background?
If so, this 6-month rolling Local Authority Contact could give you just that.
 
What will you do?
The Property Management Lead will lead on portfolio strategies, transaction management, project management, and the management of the existing portfolio and will also assist in the onboarding of new properties. The expectation is for the Manager to build, manage, and maintain strong partnerships with the business leadership, corporate teams, and outsourced partners ensure Haringey Council is providing a quality service to our tenants and occupiers.
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
 
·Experience of managing staff and complex situations, using clear judgement to advise others to do the same
·Experience of developing and maintaining positive and collaborative relationships with private and public sector organisations, community/customer groups and other stakeholders, to drive improvements in service delivery.
·Ability to Carry out property surveys and prepare schedules, reports and drawings.
·Educated To Degree in Relevant Construction or Property
