Are you a Project Quantity Surveyor with experience working on Network Rail frameworks?

Do you have experience working on NEC3 and NEC4 contracts?
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor on the delivery of drainage works on Network Rail frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience with creating cost plans, working with subcontractors, issuing applications for payment and other related experience.

Rate: £400 - £450/day - Umbrella, Inside IR35
Location: London office
Duration: 6 months, potential for extension


Requirements:
 
·Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management preferred
·Experience working on NEC contracts in the rail industry
·3 years minimum experience as a Quantity Surveyor
·Experience using cloud-based systems
·Experience working on Network Rail projects for a main contractor  
·MRICS preferred
