Role: Project Manager
Location: Reading/Thames Valley
Salary: Up to £65,000 p/a depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
 
Are you a Project Manager with experience on water treatment projects attached to water utility companies? My client, a world-leader in engineering, design consultancy and construction is looking for a Project Manager to have single point accountability and leadership for the delivery of a number of projects within a Water Utilities Capital Programme.
 
You will work on clean & wastewater, infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects attached to a water utility framework. Candidates must have Water sector experience and a working knowledge of NEC contracts.
 
You will be responsible for commercially managing all contract matters to achieve the optimal outcome for the utility company, whilst delivering successful technical solutions that provide optimal value for money.
 
The ideal candidate will:
·Be educated to a degree level.
·Have excellent NEC contractual awareness.
·Have a strong technical water sector background, including knowledge of relevant UK and international codes and standards, for water and/or wastewater infrastructure and/or non-infrastructure assets.
