£90-£95 per hour (Umbrella)

Our client are seeking a talented and driven project manager, with experience operating in a construction or Facilities capacity, to join their busy team working with one of their key clients int he Defence industry
 
This role will require existing security clearance - please consider if you meed this criteria before registering your interest
 
What the successful Project Manager will be doing:
 
·Lead Internal Workstreams: Prioritize tasks, plan effectively, and run sprints to ensure smooth execution.
·External Representation: Act as the primary contact for client security workstreams, interfacing with broader programs and internal security teams.
·Stakeholder Management: Handle complex stakeholder interactions, including internal leaders, SMEs, government departments, and suppliers.
·Demand Prioritization: Identify and focus on high-priority needs, setting clear expectations and prioritizing work accordingly.
·Diplomacy and Patience: Maintain strong relationships through exemplary diplomacy and patience.
·Requirement Management: Define and manage requirements, ensuring alignment across programs.
·Workstream Oversight: Ensure project security from design to site management.
·Project and Delivery Management: Oversee planning, risk management, and reporting.
·RFI Process Management: Manage daily RFI activities.
·Lead Security Groups: Run the Security Working Group, manage sprints, and oversee Jira tasks.
