Project Manager!
Reporting To: Design & Construction Manager
Location: West London
Position: Full-time
Are you ready to take the lead on transformative highway and civil engineering projects? As our D&C Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
·Lead and Deliver Projects: Manage and deliver traffic engineering and highway improvement schemes.
·Client Interaction: Receive and respond to client briefs with precision and professionalism.
·Project Management: Handle pricing, scheduling, Health and Safety, finances, quality control, and technical approvals.
·Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, ensuring seamless communication.
·Contract Administration: Prepare and manage site documents and contractual administration.
·Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits, inspections, and ensure site completion and sign-off.
·Representation: Stand in for the Design and Construction Manager at key meetings.
·Team Motivation: Foster a positive work environment and motivate your team.
·Technical Support: Provide practical solutions to challenges during construction.
