They are now looking for a Structural Engineer to join their Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering structural design packages, from initial concepts to detailed design and final completion
- Manage aspects of project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables under senior guidance
- Contribute to fee proposals and assist with business development activities
- Work closely with the team to ensure designs meet technical and regulatory standards
- Participate in project development, ensuring all client expectations are met and exceeded
- Assist in developing junior engineers and trainees, supporting their growth within the team
Essential Experience & Skills
- BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
- A genuine interest in structural design and the built environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work effectively in team
- Familiarity with building regulations and UK construction processes
- Actively working towards Chartership (IStructE or ICE)
- Previous experience working on projects in the range of £250k-£5m is an advantage but not essential
