About the Role:
Join our team as a Project Manager. You'll oversee capital works schemes, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and budget standards from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular project reviews and maintain digital records.
Prioritize safety for the public, employees, and partners.
Lead risk assessments and manage subcontractors effectively.
Develop and update schedules and control project expenditure.
Promote data consistency for informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven project delivery track record.
Strong understanding of contract forms.
Proficient in project management communication.
Experience in implementing safe work systems.
Membership in a professional management body (e.g., APM).
Proficiency in O365.
Formal qualification (BSc/MSc) or equivalent experience.
