Responsibilities:
 
Under the guidance of the Framework Operations Manager, the Project Manager role involves formulating, executing, and supporting a range of project and business sustainability strategies while seeking to secure future projects.
 
Key responsibilities encompass (though not limited to):
 
Leading an internal team and coordinating with external specialist subcontractors
Executing a portfolio of highway and structures projects
Guiding projects from start to finish with unwavering commitment to success
Ensuring optimal site staff performance to achieve project goals
Providing health and safety leadership, promoting behavioral safety enhancements
Compliance with relevant HSE legislation
Adherence to Business Management System policies and procedures
Ensuring adequate resources and effective communication for project delivery
Developing and maintaining project schedules, overseeing adherence
Managing project risks and implementing effective controls
Identifying and exploiting project opportunities for commercial improvement
Requirements:
 
We seek a Project Manager with the following qualifications and skills:
 
HNC/HND
Desirable NEC Contract management experience
Strong commercial acumen
Effective communication skills
Demonstrated leadership proficiency
Extensive IT skills
