Project Manager required for an expanding national Highways contractor based in the Hampshire area.
 
As the successful Project Manager you will be tasked with leading the review of cost capture processes relating to delivery works.
 
You will work with the teams to identify and document new processes using lean principles, ensuring they meet client requirements, and support the teams in rolling out the new ways of working, ensuring they are embedded within the service.
 
Essential Skills
·Proven Project Management skills with experience of working on complex projects involving numerous teams with conflicting priorities
·Ideally with experience in a highway/construction sector
·Experienced in Lean methodology or similar
·Collaborative with good influencing and negotiation skills
·Good communications skills
 
You will need to be able to drive and be available for travel to depots around the area.
