Project Manager
Salary: £65,000-75,000 (+benefits)

(Living allowances can be covered for relocating candidates)


The role
·Evaluate progress and prepare reports on project progress.
·Ensure adherence to the highest Environmental and Health & Safety standards and report issues in line with required company procedures.
·Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard
·Any other reasonable duties as directed by your manager.
·Collaborate with engineers and key stakeholders to determine and meet the specifications of the project.
·Ensure that permits and licenses are obtained from appropriate authorities, and/or to coordinate this with the related colleagues in charge.
·Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) for relevant section with attention to budgetary limitations, always fully coordinated in advance with the related internal Areas involved to get previous approval.
·Plan all construction operations and work with key stakeholders to schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
·Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
·Allocate responsibilities at his/her related Section Team.
·Supervise the work of direct reports and give them guidance when needed.
 
Qualifications
- Extensive Project Management experience of delivering projects in infrastructure and Civils sectors with significant monetary value
- BSc in Civil Engineering, or relevant field
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel and Project.
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS & SMSTS
