Project Manager required for long term run of works on a major project in the Buckinghamshire area.
 
The role will be lasting up to 3 years, managing the waterproofing and structures sections of this multi-million pound project. Ideally you will have experience in either of the above sectors from a Project Management point of view.
 
As the successful Project Manager you will be tasked with significant operational responsibility on the project, ensuring the project is delivered on time, to budget and safely within your specific areas.
 
You will ideally hold a construction background having worked with Tier 1 Main Contractors, delivering projects upwards of £10million.
 
Yo will hold a strong understanding of NEC forms of contract, excellent programming skills, performance reporting and measurement methodologies.
 
Strong commercial, communication and interpersonal skills are a must here alongside high standards of HSEQ on site.
