An opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer with experience in Highways, Traffic and Parking to join a client in Berkshire. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a range of parking and traffic schemes such as TRO, Controlled Parking Zones, traffic management and road safety improvements across the area.
 
This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £30 - £35 per hour - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements are available.
 
Working within the Highways team your main duties include:
·Compiling documents such as specifications, bills of quantities and contracts for highway works
·Designing and delivering a range of traffic, parking and road safety projects
·Using GIS to update the systems and map collision data
·Supervising construction of highways and traffic projects on site
