My client is an international environmental consultancy and a contractor on the Scottish Water framework. They have a great opportunity for an assistant Project Coordination Assistant to support the existing Project Manager, providing the administrative, technical and analytical support for their teams of Waste water Engineers across Scotland. The role is based out of an office in Grangemouth.
The right candidate will ideally be able to start ASAP.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
·Fully competent with MS Office packages
·Desirable experience with GIS, Infonet/Infoworks , MS project and Traffic Management.
·Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
·Ability to collaborate but also work unsupervised and to deadlines.
·First rate organisational skills;
·Flexible, "can-do" attitude.
·Experience with Utility mapping/surveys (Desirable)
For the right candidate, my client are offering a temporary to permanent position paying a highly competitive salary dependant on skills/experience. The right candidate can expect to work via Carrington West for a period of approximately 6 months before the position is made fully permanent.
This is an office based role, and the contracted hours are 40 per week (9-5 or similar).
