Location: London or Birmingham - Hybrid
Rate: £500-£550 umbrella
Contract length: End of April with likely extensions
This is a fantastic opportunity to work client side for HS2. Key duties are:
·Continuous improvement of procurement documentation and providing guidance to the wider Procurement and Commercial teams on the procurement and contract management processes
oUnderstanding of procurement and contact management processes
oUnderstanding of continuous improvement methodologies and process mapping.
oAbility to manage and facilitate meetings and workshops with internal colleagues and/or suppliers to achieve desired outcomes
oAbility to develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships across the organisation
oPreferably knowledge of procurement legislation and condition of contract.
oKnowledge of applicable EU and UK procurement legislation (OJEU)
