Principal Town Planning Enforcement Officer

Carrington West are assisting their local authority client in their search for a Principal Planning Enforcement Officer on an initial 3-month contract.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Development Management Team in the role of Enforcement Officer. You will be tasked with working on a backlog of cases. This will be a mixture of old and new cases that the council has.
This would be ideal for candidates that want to work in a busy authority whilst having complete control over their own work. The authority are offering a completely flexible working arrangement until the pandemic subsides and can be flexible thereafter. You will be required to put up site notices.
 
Development Management experience is a plus.

On offer is an hourly rate of up to £40p/h depending on experience.
