Principal Town Planner

Salary - £60k plus car allowance
 
I am working with a reputable housing developer who are currently looking for an experienced town planner to come join their team in their Bristol office. The right candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience within a developer, construction company or the public sector therefore able to come in and hit the ground running!
 
Qualifications:
·A degree in any relevant accredited RTPI sector.
·MRTPI qualification or actively working towards chartership is a plus.
·Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in town planning within the public or client side sector.

Essential Skills:
·Proactive time management with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
·Demonstrate high-quality working practices to support senior team members.
·Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
·Excellent written communication and presentation skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
·Project management, teamwork, and client service skills are essential.
·Ability to carry out site appraisals
·Collaborative skills to liaise with colleagues and clients, with the opportunity to manage individual projects.
