Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service?
 
My client had a need for an experienced principal to join their DM Planning Team for an initial 6-month period.
 
The role will be to work on a caseload of major applications, mentor some junior members of staff and sign off their work occasionally.
 
The role can be worked remotely, however there would be a need to attend for committee if required, which is not believed to be too often at all.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
