My client is looking to source an experienced DM Planning Specialist who has experience in working on large scale applications.
 
The post will be offered on a hybrid working arrangement with a mix of office and home working each week.
 
ROLE
The authority are in need of an experienced and capable planner to oversee applications consisting solely of a complex and large scale nature. Types of applications will range from Greenbelt, to Residential sites.
 
More specifically- the applications will often involve hundreds of Units and thousands of square metres of commercial floorspace developments at and near to our largest towns and villages and along the strategic highway networks of the authority's territory.
 
As well as processing these applications, you will be required to represent the Local Authority at Planning Committee and be able to capably offer expert advice to all third parties involved in the Process (for example Applicants, Councillors, the Public).
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £50 per hour
