Our client is seeking an experienced Principal Implementation Officer to join them on an ongoing Contract.  
 
Key Responsibilities:

·Overseeing contractors to ensure work is completed according to approved plans.

·The main purpose of the role is to work with developers to take a lead role in the delivery of third-party highway schemes to ensure they are appropriately designed and implemented through Sections 38, 171 and 278 agreements of the Highway Act.

·Responsible for managing own work, including complex matters where there are competing and demanding deadlines. Provide advice on policy, legal and/or regulatory issues and produce records of actions taken and record outcome and decisions.
