This role offers a chance to be at the forefront of digital building design, promoting innovation while maintaining strong BIM standards and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

·Take responsibility for standard and complex modelling activities, ensuring high-quality, coordinated MEP designs

·Participate in external BIM meetings, facilitating collaboration with clients and partners
·Interface with internal engineering teams, external consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless BIM coordination
·Review BIM documentation (e.g. BEPs), providing feedback to ensure project alignment
·Manage COBie, asset data input, and parameter management to ensure comprehensive and accurate model data
·Mentor junior team members, providing support and training to foster continuous professional development
·Lead internal BIM training, promote BIM tools, and represent the team in external meetings

What We're Looking For:

·Significant BIM experience within the MEP industry
·Expertise in Revit and a thorough understanding of wider BIM workflows, standards, and processes
·Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
·A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs
·Ability to engage positively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
·Experience in supporting the development of junior team members, providing both day-to-day mentoring and training opportunities
·Excellent communication skills, able to explain BIM concepts and procedures clearly to various audiences

What's on Offer:

·A key role in a leading consultancy focused on BIM and MEP projects
·Focus on client and business development with high-profile projects across multiple sectors
·Comprehensive benefits package - including private healthcare, travel allowances, 9-day fortnight, enhanced holiday, pension contributions, and more
·Flexible working arrangements for a healthy work-life balance
·Opportunity to be a key contributor to a growing BIM team, driving innovation in the MEP sector
