Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in London in their search for a Principal Infrastructure Officer on an initial 3 month contract.
Your main responsibilities will be;
1. Supervise career grade infrastructure planning officer(s)
2. Provide consistent advice to colleagues and applicants on S106 obligations and CIL and infrastructure advice planning applications/pre application enquiries and heads of terms.
3. To judge the applications for S106 and CIL relief/exemption or review and to defend the Council's decisions for any relevant appeals
