Key Responsibilities

- Lead electrical design delivery across multiple projects from concept to completion
- Oversee quality, technical reviews and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate engineers
- Engage with clients, attend meetings and represent the electrical discipline confidently
- Support resource planning, project programming and fee proposals

- Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer within building services
- Strong track record delivering projects in leisure, industrial or education sectors
