Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service?
 
My client is requiring a very experienced planning officer within development management to assist the team and 'hit the ground running'.
 
This will be focusing on a case load of complex, generally major planning, and related applications, including pre-application submissions across the district. Experience of dealing with applications of 300 units+ would be beneficial.
 
My client is happy to offer this position on completely remote basis, but there may be some requirements for some site visits.
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £45-50 per hour for this position.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
