A local Authority in Cambridgeshire is looking for a Building Surveyor to work on their planned works programme.
 
Rate: £300-400 per day
Duration: 6 months
 
You will deliver a full range of planned building works associated with Council properties. Each post holder will be allocated to a primary workstream (with appropriate resources) but will be expected to carry out a full range of similar duties in all workstreams as service priorities demand.
 
You'll be responsible for managing and motivating your team to ensure effective delivery of customer focussed services on time and within budget.

Contribute to the corporate objectives and overall success of the Council through effective working with colleagues in the Council and with partners and elected members.
