Are you a Plant Coordinator with experience working on infrastructure projects?
Do you have 2 years of experience of working on a plant hire desk?
Location: Birmingham + travel to sites 1/2 times a week
Salary: £25,000 to £37,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Plant Coordinator to their team to work on a major project in Birmingham, upgrading light rail in the city.
Your duties as a Plant Coordinator will include:
·Arrange the hire of all internal & external plant as required
·Accurately on hire and off hire all plant in putted onto the COUPA system
·Ensure all on and off hire tickets are logged and an audit trail is in place for equipment rentals
·Keep the contract plant trackers up to date
·Actively track the current location of all tools
·Deal with any plant queries and pass on to the relevant managers for signature
·Record all costs of all repairs, losses and damages
·Carry out regular plant audits
·Ensure compliance with all documents, including procedures

Requirements:
·Minimum 2 years experience as a Plant Coordinator
·Experience working and infrastructure projects, ideally within the rail industry
·Knowledge of the PUWER & LOLER regulations
·English and Maths GCSE at grade A-C or above, or equivalent
·A full UK driving licence is desirable as travelling to site is required
·IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package, including good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
