Planning Technical Support Officer

£15-£20p/h umbrella rate
 
I am working closely with my LPA client based in London and assisting in their recruitment for a temporary Planning Technical Support Officer on a 3-month initial contract.
 
As a result of the increasing workload across the planning department, an opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join the team in the capacity of a technical support officer.
 
The role will aid in also supporting the building control function and assist with duties such as planning validations and land charges.
 
Office presence will involved going into the office every other monday.
 
A Planning degree or previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
