My client is requiring an experienced DM Planning Officer who can hit the ground running , processing a mixed case load of applications including Householder and Minor applications.
 
My client is happy to offer this position on a remote basis although site inspections will be required once every fortnight.
 
You will need to have a full driver's licence and access to a car for site visits.
 
Carrington West are willing to offer up to £32 per hour for this position.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:

·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience in a planning team.
