Planning Enforcement Team Leader

Carrington West are assisting their local authority client in their search for a Planning Enforcement Team Leader on an initial 2-month contract.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Development Management Team in the role of Enforcement Team Leader. You will be tasked with managing up to 4 enforcement officers whilst also advising on cases. This will be a mixture of old and new cases that the council has.
This would be ideal for candidates that want to work in a busy authority whilst having complete control over their own work and managing their own team. The authority are offering a completely flexible working arrangement until the pandemic subsides and can be flexible thereafter.
 
Development Management experience is a plus.
