I am working closely with my LPA client based in North-West England as they seek an interim Planning Enforcement Officer on an initial 3-month contract.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small but very close-knit team to help clear a backlog/build-up of enforcement cases. A positive attitude, excellent team and communication skills, combined with a good knowledge of planning enforcement are vital - slotting in and hitting the ground running is a priority.
 
The LPA value office presence and the opportunity to see you person regularly but this is not compulsory everyday. Although consistent presence is preferred, remote-based work with site visits every 1-2 weeks.
